1. Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of cucumber

  • 4 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add cucumber slices and mint leaves in a glass.

  2. Add lime juice, honey/ agave, and a handful of ice.

  3. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with a cucumber slice and mint

2. Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice

  2. Blend until smooth

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 tbsp passionfruit syrup

  • 1 tbsp of grenadine

  • Ice cubes

  • Orange and cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend pineapple, with orange juice and passionfruit syrup, until smooth

  2. Pour into glass

  3. Then slowly pour the grenadine along the side of the glass to create a layered effect

  4. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry

4. Ginger Lemon Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh ginger, sliced

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup

  • Sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place sliced ginger in a blender

  2. Sieve the ginger into a glass, to a smooth consistency

  3. Add lemon juice, honey/ agave, and ice

  4. Top with sparkling water, stir, and garnish with a lemon wedge
