Confidence is the belief in your abilities, self-worth, and the trust you place in yourself to tackle life’s challenges. It’s not about being perfect but about embracing who you are and showing up fully in the world. Building confidence is a journey, and the good news is that it’s a skill anyone can develop. Here are the basics to becoming more confident and some simple strategies to help you get there.

1. Understand Your Strengths

One of the first steps to building confidence is understanding and embracing your strengths. Everyone has unique talents and skills, but we often focus on our weaknesses instead.
